整理照片時，發現有某台相機的時間快了三十分鐘，造成相片排序大亂。這種狀況最容易發生在：好友出遊，人手一台相機的場合下，明明同個景點、時段拍攝，但因為相機時鐘未準確設定，以致EXIF內的時間資訊相差過大。
Jhead 這個工具就可以用來「平移」拍照時間，使用「-ta」這個參數：
-ta Adjust time stored in the Exif header by h:mm backwards or forwards.
jhead -ta+1:00 *.jpg (拍照時間延後 1小時)
jhead -ta-0:30 *.jpg (拍照時間提早30分鐘)
